Mina oversees the Career Readiness program and is also a Program Coordinator. In this role, she supports individuals in building the skills, confidence, and connections needed to achieve career success through training, mentorship, and coaching.

A proud first-generation transfer student, Mina holds an A.A from Grossmont College, B.S. in Psychology from SDSU and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education at PLNU. With three years of experience in  banking/Sales and higher education including roles as Intern at SDSU’s Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), Graduate Assistant at School Education (PLNU), and College Advisor with K-12 HS students  at UCSD Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP). She brings a unique blend of professional and personal experience to her work.

Mina is especially passionate about empowering students and young adults from underrepresented, immigrants and diverse backgrounds. She is driven to help them prepare for career readiness through resume and cover letter development, mock interviews, and one-on-one coaching. Beyond career preparation, she is dedicated to guiding students through higher education pathways and encouraging them to pursue advanced degrees. With her short-term goal of becoming an academic counselor for Higher Ed, Mina is committed to ensuring that low-income, first-generation, and culturally diverse students have the tools and support they need to thrive.
