Faris Stephan is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial leader with more than 35 years of experience across multiple industries, including food service, real estate, and business development. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1986 with the creation of his first restaurant and the founding of a successful fast-food franchise, which grew to 17 locations across Southern California and Arizona. Alongside this, he invested in service stations and industrial ventures—showcasing his ability to build and manage diverse portfolios.
In 2002, Faris shifted his focus to real estate, earning his license as a Salesperson and later as a Real Estate Broker. By 2006, he founded IQ Realty & Lending, a residential and commercial real estate firm that continues to thrive under his leadership. Faris also offers consulting services in real estate and business strategy, providing guidance grounded in decades of experience.
Deeply committed to social impact, Faris actively supports charitable causes that uplift families and promote human dignity. His philanthropic values are closely aligned with his business ethos—placing people and purpose at the center of progress.
Originally from Baghdad, Iraq, Faris migrated to the United States in 1981 after completing a year of medical school. He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Faris is a proud father of three daughters and a grandfather, fluent in both Arabic and English, and passionate about giving back to the community that helped shape his success.
